Who doesn’t LOVE a pancake?!?!
See below for THE BEST recipe ❤️

Makes 6-8

Ingredients

  • 4oz Plain flour (110g)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 large free-range eggs
  • 7fl oz milk (200ml)
  • 3fl oz cold water (75ml)

Method

  • Throw everything into a large jug
  • Whizz it up with a hand blender until smooth (or whisk if you don’t have a blender)
  • Spray your non-stick frying pan with oil (or dip some kitchen roll in oil and wipe it over the inside of your pan)
  • Put your frying pan on a high heat (make sure your pan is very hot)
  • Add a small amount of pancake mix to your pan, tilting your pan to run your mix around the edges
  • Cook on a medium heat until it looks like it has set on the top (approx 1 min)
  • FLIP (if you dare) or TURN it over
  • Cook that side for around 15-20 seconds
  • Pop it onto a plate
  • Slather in your favourite topping… mine’s peanut butter or raspberries and golden syrup😜

Have a bloody good time eating it!
