We all love a cookie, especially a warm, gooey chocolate one.
Ingredients
- Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies – makes 8
- 150g sugar
- 155g plain flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 45g cocoa powder
- 110g butter, room temperature
- 50g Dark chocolate chips
- 50g Milk chocolate, roughly chopped into chunks
Method
- Preheat your oven to 175c/ Gas Mark 3
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.
- Roll your cookie dough into 8 golf ball sized shapes and add 4 cookie dough balls to each baking tray, making sure they’re evenly spaced.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
- Then enjoy as they are or with some ice cream.
